Overview
The Senior Manager, Employee Relations, will play a critical role in developing and maintaining a positive work environment by managing employee relations programs and procedures. This role is responsible for conducting and overseeing investigations, conflict resolution, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in employee relations, excellent judgment, and highly developed analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
The Senior Manager, Employee Relations, is a member of the North America HRBP & Employee Relations team and will partner closely with our Employment Law Counsel, Compliance team, HRBPs, and Global Human Resources COEs. This position will also be partnered with business leadership to foster a positive work environment, promote a culture of excellence, and enhance organizational performance. This role is initially an individual contributor position, with the potential to become a people manager role.

Base compensation ranges from $125,000 to $145,000 per year. Specific offers are determined by various factors, such as experience, education, skills, certifications, and other business needs. This role is eligible for discretionary bonus consideration.
