Job summary

Link Group in Edinburgh is seeking an Employee Relations Partner to provide expert ER advice, manage complex cases such as dismissals and equality issues, and ensure legal compliance across the organisation.

You will lead on organisational change, TUPE, job evaluation governance and develop fair HR services with strong reporting. Hybrid working is available; CIPD Level 5 is mandatory, Level 7 desirable.

Qualifications

• CIPD Level 5 required or equivalent experience.
• CIPD Level 7 desirable.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and ER best practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert Employee Relations advice and case management for complex matters including dismissals, appeals and equality issues.
• Lead on organisational change programmes coordinating with managers, unions and employee representatives.
• Manage job evaluation service with governance, QA and training to ensure fair grading outcomes.
• Develop fair, inclusive HR services and ensure policies reflect legislative requirements and best practice.
