Your new company
A global leader in professional services are hiring for a seasoned Employee Relations professional to influence organisational change at scale. Whilst driving complex case management, you will be a trusted expert in ER policy, lead on TUPE projects and will guide senior leadership through ER transformation. Other key responsibilities will include:

  • Own and manage high-impact ER cases, including ACAS Early Conciliation and Employment Tribunals.
  • Strategically lead org change programmes - from TUPE and M&A activity to restructures.
  • Research and develop people policy, ensuring alignment with best practice and legal requirements.
  • Upskill teams and People Leaders through training and coaching on ER case handling.
  • Interpret workforce trends and data to recommend proactive ER interventions.
  • Champion continuous service improvement and support transformation initiatives across the ER function.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience as an Employee Relations specialist, specifically managing complex and high-risk cases.
  • Track record in managing change programmes with both individual and collective consultation.
  • Strong understanding of UK employment law and the ability to educate across the business.
  • Confidence in training delivery and use of case management tools.
  • Data-driven mindset, with strong analytical skills and a drive to make positive improvements.
