You’ll work closely with the Head of Collections Management, navigating complex HR matters to drive successful outcomes. Your expertise will be vital as you support strategic and operational objectives, ensuring smooth HR processes in an evolving environment.
You must be a qualified HR professional, with a CIPD Level 5 or higher, or equivalent experience. We seek someone with proven expertise in Employee Relations and significant experience managing complex HR cases. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who can align HR initiatives with broader organisational goals. You should be proactive, confident, solutions-driven, and able to navigate a dynamic environment. Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships across all levels of the organisation are essential.
