Employee Relations Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced individual to join this team in the role Employee Relations Manager.

The Role:

This is an exciting Employee Relations role within the HR team. The role will be responsible for managing end-to-end employee relations activities, liaising directly with the business and managers.

The role encompasses and has the following principal responsibilities:

  • Handle complex ER cases, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication. Managing end-end process, including performance management, grievances and disciplinary’s.
  • Support in delivering any employee relations work-streams for any organizational change, restructuring or similar processes exercises.
  • Provide expert advice to the business on employee relations concerns and activities
  • Produce high level documentation and ensure accurate and timely updates to records.
  • Collaborate and engage with key stakeholders across the functions

Requirements (Skills/experience):

  • Experience managing complex employee relations cases within a financial service industry
  • Excellent knowledge of UK employment law.
  • Experience managing employee relations restructuring projects
  • Strong risk mindset, with a key understanding of developing and maintaining suitable controls.
  • They will be required to prioritize and adapt, while also exercising agility based on changing requirements.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills are essential for the successful candidate
  • Ability to work effectively and influence stakeholders across all levels in the organization.
