Job Description Summary
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Employee Relations Leader - UK who can demonstrate accountability for developing and executing union and employee relations strategies that align to both the UK business and broader company objectives.
In this role you will be responsible for the strategic planning and execution of GE Aerospace's UK Employee Relations strategy across all UK locations - Scotland, Wales, Cheltenham and Brockworth (approx 5600 employees), working closely with the Employee Relations Leader for Europe and UK HR leaders for GE Aerospace.
The role will act as a key point of contact for the UK business leadership team on employee relations matters and will provide advisory support for people leaders and HR managers across the UK business.
This position can be fully remote, though it would be beneficial to live within an easy commute to one of our UK sites. There is a requirement to travel approx 20% of the time to each UK site (as required) and travel 2/3 times per year to Europe and the USA.

Security Clearance
