Balfour Beatty is seeking an ER Advisor to steer employee relations on the MEH project in the UK. You will lead discussions on sector agreements, ensure regulatory compliance, and act as a key partner to the client Employment Affairs Unit while driving a positive safety culture on site.

You should have a degree or equivalent, a CIPD qualification, and proven experience in large-scale nuclear or regulated environments. A strong leader with excellent communication skills is essential.

Responsabilités

• Maintain a positive employee relations culture across the MEH project.
• Lead external discussions on sector agreements and social covenant.
• Ensure MEH compliance with employment regulations and policies.
• Monitor legal changes and advise on policy updates.
• Liaise with client Employment Affairs Unit regularly.
• Coordinate IR Crisis Delivery Plan and ER team training.
• Support discipline and grievance cases and investigations.
• Provide reports and metrics to management; promote safety culture.
