A prominent consultancy firm, JR United Kingdom, is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Consultant to support their transition to a new operating model. The successful candidate will advise on organizational changes and manage complex case issues while ensuring compliance with employment legislation, particularly focusing on transformation programmes. This role, requiring extensive ER experience, offers the chance to work within a dynamic environment.

The Role
We are looking for an experienced Employee Relations Consultant to at Deloitte to support with our transition to a new operating model. You will advise and support complex transformation programmes such as restructures, M&A, divestments, TUPEs and other organizational change activities. You will also support complex case management (disciplinary, grievance, appeals and investigations) and responsible for ensuring that our approach and practices are compliant with employment legislation, specifically TUPE Regulations. You will also be a trusted expert to HR and business stakeholders, advising on all aspects of complex advisory and case management. Reporting to Senior Manager
