Job description

Employee Relations Case Advisor needed in Southwark, £182.69 per day PAYE - Reference: RQ1578781

The successful candidate will work collaboratively with managers, trade union representatives, employees, HR colleagues, legal services, and external partners such as ACAS.

The role involves undertaking employee relation activities, including management or employee support, policy guidance, and case management.

Full-time role, 36 hours per week, primarily on Tuesdays in the office, with flexibility for other days as necessary.

This is a full-time role on a temporary contract basis.
