A leading HR partner in London is seeking an Employee Relations Manager to manage a varied caseload of employee relations cases and work closely with trade unions. This 6-month fixed-term contract role demands expertise in compliance and excellent communication skills.

Accountable to: Associate Director of HR Operations
Location: A short walk from Euston station
Pay: £55,000
Contract Type: Fixed-term contract for 6 months
As the Employee Relations Manager, you will be responsible for managing complex employee relations cases and maintaining strong relationships with a variety of trade unions. You will ensure compliance with employment legislation and organisational policies throughout each case.
You will work closely with managers and senior leaders on various ER matters, including grievances, performance management, and disciplinary issues.
