The Employee Helpline / T&A Service Coordinator will be based within the Operational Service Centre (OSC), supporting the Business Support Team.

This role plays a key part in providing timely and accurate support to a wide range of internal stakeholders, including the admin team, operational field teams, workforce management teams, finance, and other relevant departments.

You will be responsible for coordinating queries relating to the employee helpline and time & attendance systems, ensuring a high level of service is consistently delivered in line with customer expectations.

Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset will be essential to success in this role. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced, supportive team where you can make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with managers to ensure accurate time and attendance data for field placemakers
  • Process placemaker overtime, absence, pay rates, and timesheet links accurately
  • Resolve payroll anomalies and escalate issues within SLA timelines
  • Maintain trackers, reports, and systems for time and attendance data
  • Analyse data to support efficient recovery and reporting of cleans
  • Respond to queries and support requests from placemakers and managers
  • Prepare and send daily reports and correspondence to internal and external stakeholders

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

  • Experience working to customer and business KPIs and SLAs
  • High attention to detail with strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Proven ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Skilled in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft applications
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Capable of adapting to regular process changes and short-term workload fluctuations
  • Experience with data reporting and CRM systems is desired
