Position - Health & Wellbeing Coordinator

We have an exciting opportunity to join one of the world’s most comprehensive healthcare companies as a Health & Wellbeing Coordinator. This is a part-time role with a flexible working pattern, requiring 25-30 hours per week over 4-5 days, three of which will be office-based. The successful candidate will work with our client on a long-term temporary basis, with a pay rate of £18 per hour.

As an Employee Health & Wellbeing Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the health and well-being initiatives across Johnson & Johnson's UK sites and the broader Employee Health & Wellbeing (EHW) cluster, as part of a multicultural team spanning several EMEA countries. This role involves coordinating on-site health surveillance, creating and managing internal communications, engaging with stakeholders, and promoting Johnson & Johnson’s health and well-being resources and programs. The ideal candidate should have a passion for wellbeing and possess strong communication skills.

Travel requirements: The selected candidate will be expected to travel monthly or bi-monthly to Blackpool, with occasional travels to other Johnson & Johnson UK sites for team meetings.

Essential criteria:

  • Graduate of Communications, Public Relations, Health Promotion, or a related field.
  • Demonstrate a passion for health and well-being.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational and project management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and knowledge of communication platforms (e.g., email marketing tools, SharePoint)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Creative and proactive approach to problem-solving and engagement.

You should have a proven work history in a similar role or significant experience in the Health and Wellbeing industry.
