A leading snack manufacturer in the United Kingdom is seeking a part-time Employee Health & Wellbeing Advisor to support health and safety initiatives across various sites. The role requires a Registered General Nurse with experience in occupational health. You will provide professional advice, deliver occupational health services, and collaborate with HR and senior leaders to shape health initiatives. This position offers comprehensive healthcare support and an annual bonus scheme.
As our Employee Health & Wellbeing (EHW) Advisor, you will help deliver KP Snacks health and wellbeing agenda through occupational health services, including case management, health surveillance and targeted health promotion activities. You will work as part of a team of five, partnering with Operations and Corporate Functions to provide expert advice and solutions. This role mainly covers Ashby, Leominster and Uttoxeter sites, with travel to other sites as needed. You will collaborate with HR, Health & Safety and senior leaders to shape initiatives that keep our colleagues healthy, safe and supported. Part‑time 24 hours per week.
