The Employee Experience and Workplace Coordinator is an integral part of the HR team and the wider CRC. Organised, efficient and always providing a smile with a warm welcome to staff, visitors and partners the person in this role can really make a difference to how everyone’s day goes.
This role does require some flexibility when there are events to organise (and attend) and there are lots of opportunities to get involved in some great initiatives.

In line with Ubisoft's hybrid work model, our flexible work policy includes a minimum of three days per week in our Newcastle office, with the option to work from home up to two days.
