Job Description
- Lead the design and delivery of wellbeing and engagement strategies that support a thriving workforce.
- Develop inclusive initiatives that reflect the diverse needs of employees and promote a culture of belonging.
- Work closely with HR, Public Health, and leadership teams to embed wellbeing into everyday operations.
- Oversee key services like occupational health and employee assistance, ensuring they deliver real value.
- Use data and feedback to measure impact and continuously improve employee experience.
- Act as a champion for diversity, equity, and inclusion across all levels of the organisation.
- Communicate clearly and consistently to build awareness and support for wellbeing and DEI initiatives.
The Successful Applicant
You'll thrive in this role if you:
- Have experience leading wellbeing, engagement, or DEI strategies in a complex organisation.
- Are confident working with senior leaders and influencing change across teams.
- Know how to turn insight into action and strategy into impact.
- Are a strong communicator who can bring people together around a shared vision.
- Understand how to manage projects, navigate change, and deliver results.
- Hold a relevant qualification or have equivalent experience in HR, wellbeing, or inclusion.
