Employee Experience Adviser
The Employee Experience team is a merger of two existing teams: Employee Relations (ER) and Organisational Development (OD). This new team is there to support the workforce, leading on retention and development activities including induction, onboarding, employee performance and engagement alongside health and wellbeing.
This role allows for a hybrid working model, splitting your time between one of our offices and working from home, in line with our Future Space strategy.

As an Employee Experience (EE) and Development Adviser, you will play a key role in enhancing the experience of staff across the organisation. Working closely with your direct manager and Business Partners to coordinate and deliver a range of impactful projects, including; Health and Wellbeing offers,Workforce Surveys, Coaching, mentoring, and leadership development support packages.
