About

The Employee Experience team oversees impactful programs dedicated to providing meaningful recognition, exciting events, purposeful perks, and creating community connections. This team plays an important role in our Total Rewards Framework by providing employees with the best recognition, experience, and perks possible. From planning firm-wide appreciation events to representing our team in the London office, you will have a significant impact on employees worldwide. Creativity, out-of-the-box thinking, and building a world-class employee experience are essential. You will report directly to the Employee Experience group manager.

The Day-to-Day
  1. Event Planning: Manage internal firm events of various sizes from conception to execution, ensuring requirements, timelines, and budgets are met.
  2. Project Management: Lead high-impact projects, managing multiple responsibilities and demonstrating strong project management skills.
  3. Vendor Management: Conduct vendor assessments, onboard new vendors, and maintain vendor relationships.
  4. Program Maintenance: Develop and oversee assigned programs and locations, identify process improvements, research enhancement opportunities, and implement solutions to improve efficiency and employee impact.
  5. Communications: Develop communication campaigns and resources supporting various programs.
  6. Analytics: Collect, analyze, and report program data to provide insights and recommendations.
Your Qualifications
