Join us at The King’s Trust as an Employee Engagement Manager, where you’ll lead on the development and growth of Million Makers, our flagship fundraising product, helping to generate vital income that transforms young lives. You’ll manage a portfolio of high-value partnerships and motivate corporate teams to take on ambitious fundraising challenges.
This is a dynamic role where your creativity, relationship-building skills and drive for results will shine. As we look ahead to a big year, we’re placing greater focus on strong project planning, so your time will be split more evenly between managing Million Makers teams and leading national projects that strengthen and expand our offer. You’ll also have the opportunity to support some of our wider employee fundraising initiatives, helping shape the future of our work with corporate partners across the UK.
