Employee Engagement Advisor

Salary circa 55k plus benefits

Location: Bristol
Hybrid working 3 days office 2 days WFH, 35 hour working week.

Responsibilities for the Employee Engagement Advisor:

• Provide regulated bespoke pension advice to group pension members, both new and existing.
• Offer group pension transfer advice when needed.
• Deliver specialist/professional advice and recommendations to support informed decision-making.
• Undertake site visits as required.
• Follow up on potential leads for member advice from corporate consultants.
• Create and deliver effective presentations to group pension members, either onsite or remotely.
• Keep CPD, IO, and Compliance up to date.
• Contribute to team targets where possible.
• Develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support training/meetings at client or external premises and represent the company professionally at events.
• Actively support and engage with business projects to meet client needs and business objectives.
• Manage your time effectively to achieve objectives and key milestones, along with planning and completing personal development activities.
• Maintain and develop your technical and regulatory knowledge.
• Take opportunities to assist with the development of additional services and support for members.
• Perform ad hoc tasks as required, keeping in mind TCF and the needs of the business.

Requirements:

• Excellent knowledge of all types of pension arrangements.
• Ability to highlight and suggest improvements to procedures and processes that do not adhere to TCF/RCR principles.
• Strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external partners/professionals.
• Ability to understand, meet, and exceed customer expectations.
• Ability to liaise with colleagues, clients, and IFAs in an articulate and pleasant manner.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage your workload.
• Problem-solving skills with the initiative to devise and implement workable solutions.
• Ability to plan, manage, and maximize the use of your time and effectiveness.
• Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (essential).
• Good technical knowledge.
• Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and databases.
