The Employee Case Administrator (ERA Specialist) position at Interpath Advisory is a vital role within our corporate insolvency team, focusing specifically on employee-related matters. As a case administrator, you will manage a portfolio of corporate cases that involve a variety of complex employee issues. This role is suited for individuals who have previous experience in ERA work and are ready to take on responsibilities in a fast-paced, client-oriented environment.

About the Team

Our restructuring practice includes over 500 professionals spread across 11 offices throughout the UK. We dedicate our efforts to assisting businesses facing financial difficulties and those undergoing insolvency within various sectors and locations across the country.

We offer multiple service lines, such as:

1. Restructuring guidance for companies dealing with underperformance or liquidity challenges;
2. Accelerated M&A support for buying or selling companies requiring turnaround;
3. Turnaround strategies focusing on cost reduction and working capital improvement;
4. Options reviews aimed at helping businesses and stakeholders make informed decisions;
5. Cash forecasting and management;
6. Pension scheme trustee advice regarding funding deficits; and
7. All forms of corporate insolvency appointments, including those for sole traders, partnerships, limited companies, and PLCs.

This role also allows you to collaborate with our broader UK team on high-profile insolvency assignments.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will partner with restructuring colleagues to manage employee matters arising within corporate insolvency engagements. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Providing support to case managers on corporate insolvency cases, primarily from the office and occasionally on client sites;
2. Managing a portfolio of cases, actively progressing employee claims;
3. Attending and advising in employee meetings related to your cases;
4. Ensuring timely responses to all correspondence and queries;
5. Preparing various employee-related documents, including correspondence, meeting minutes, and reports;
6. Engaging with stakeholders such as insolvency office-holders, directors, and employees concerning employee matters;
7. Maintaining the integrity of our employee database (IPS);
8. Liaising with HR and payroll personnel to resolve employee-related issues;
9. Processing payments to HMRC and pension providers on time;
10. Demonstrating a strong work ethic and maintaining quality standards in every task;
11. Prioritizing your workload effectively to meet important deadlines; and
12. Keeping up-to-date with employment legislation to provide informed advice.

This position involves a mix of working from Interpath offices, from home, and occasionally visiting client sites.
