Aon is recruiting a Team Leader responsible for a team of consultants across Healthcare and Risk Benefits. This is a hybrid role with options to work from home, our offices, or with clients.

What the day will look like

The Team Leader will ensure consultants deliver appropriate advice, meet revenue and growth targets, comply with regulations, and uphold high standards. They will work with colleagues to deliver consultancy services in Healthcare and Risk Benefits, maximizing value for clients and revenue for Aon.

• Ensure revenue targets are understood and met
• Provide forecasts to management
• Conduct team meetings and one-on-ones
