We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our newly created SME team in a hybrid role that combines the responsibilities of a Team Leader and a Consultant. This player-manager position will involve managing a portfolio of clients while leading a team of SME Employee Benefits Consultants to deliver exceptional client outcomes and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a trusted advisor for a portfolio of clients, providing expert consulting advice in Health and Risk Benefits.
  • Lead and mentor a team of consultants, setting performance expectations and fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Develop and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure retention and identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver comprehensive solutions and maximize client value.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and one-on-ones, ensuring alignment with client outcomes and business goals.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and regulatory requirements to support compliance and innovation.
  • Champion Aon’s Diversity & Inclusion initiatives and support professional development within the team.
  • Drive revenue growth through strategic planning, accurate forecasting, and effective pipeline management.
