AXA UK is seeking an experienced Employee Benefits Reward Manager to lead the creation and management of a comprehensive benefits program. Are you ready to make a meaningful impact on employee satisfaction and engagement at AXA UK? We’re seeking an experienced Employee Benefits Reward Manager to spearhead the design, implementation, and management of a comprehensive employee benefits programme for our diverse workforce of approximately 8,500 individuals.
In this pivotal role, you’ll lead a dedicated team of two specialist benefits managers, focusing on creating employee-centric benefits that promote inclusivity and enhance retention. Your expertise will ensure the operational efficiency and governance of all benefits offerings, aligning them with AXA's strategic goals. At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least 40% of your week away from home, moving to the majority of your working week from September 2025. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events. We’re also happy to consider flexible working arrangements, which you can discuss with Talent Acquisition.
