A leading and award-winning wealth management and employee benefits organisation is looking to strengthen their team by appointing a Hybrid Employee Benefits Consultant / Relationship Manager focused on managing a portfolio of clients, particularly around Auto Enrolment and Governance.

The position offers a comprehensive benefits package and a negotiable, competitive base salary.

It involves approximately 2 days in London per week (Hybrid).

The company provides holistic services across Wealth, Employee Benefits & Pensions, and is a leader in the industry, having grown significantly over recent years.

The successful candidate will work directly with the corporate client director, servicing existing HNW & UHNW clients, and identifying new business opportunities within the existing client base.

Employee Benefits Consultant Responsibilities:
  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, understanding their financial objectives, and providing tailored solutions.
  2. Conduct comprehensive financial assessments and analyses, identifying opportunities for growth, risk mitigation, and maximizing returns.
  3. Develop and implement strategic financial plans considering current market trends, regulatory changes, and client needs.
  4. Provide expert guidance on employee benefit schemes.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated solutions.
  6. Work with clients to expand their benefit schemes and identify new opportunities.
Candidate Requirements:
  • Previous experience as an employee benefits consultant.
  • Proven success in a target-driven environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex financial information clearly.
  • Experience in developing relationships within the Employee Benefits sector.
  • Track record of achieving or exceeding financial targets.
