A leading and award-winning wealth management and employee benefits organisation is looking to strengthen their team by appointing a Hybrid Employee Benefits Consultant / Relationship Manager focused on managing a portfolio of clients, particularly around Auto Enrolment and Governance.

The position offers a comprehensive benefits package and a negotiable, competitive base salary.

Work Arrangement: Approx 2 days in London per week (Hybrid)

The company provides holistic services across Wealth, Employee Benefits & Pensions. They are industry leaders and have experienced significant growth over recent years.

They are seeking an experienced individual to work directly with the corporate client director. The role will focus on the company's HNW & UHNW clients, servicing an existing book and helping to grow the business by spotting new opportunities within existing clients.

Employee Benefits Consultant Responsibilities:

  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, understanding their financial objectives, and providing tailored solutions.
  2. Conduct comprehensive financial assessments and analysis, identifying opportunities for growth, risk mitigation, and maximizing returns for clients.
  3. Develop and implement strategic financial plans considering current market trends, regulatory changes, and client needs.
  4. Provide expert guidance on employee benefit schemes.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated solutions.
  6. Serve clients with experience in employee benefits consulting, a proven track record in target-driven environments, and excellent communication skills.
  7. Develop relationships within the Employee Benefits arena and achieve/exceed financial targets.
