• Client meetings: Attend and participate in client meetings to provide updates, present solutions, and ensure clients understand and are satisfied with their benefit programs. Workplace Pensions (if relevant):
• Governance services: Deliver a range of pension governance services, including attending client governance meetings, preparing and presenting governance reports, and ensuring all pension schemes meet regulatory and compliance standards.
• Market reviews: Conduct and manage market reviews, advising clients on the competitiveness of their current pensions offerings and making recommendations based on market insights.
• Financial wellbeing presentations: Present financial wellbeing information to employees in both in-person and virtual formats, providing essential guidance.
• Salary exchange: Implement salary exchange programs for clients, explaining the benefits and impact to employees and ensuring a smooth rollout across the organisation. Risk & Healthcare Services (if relevant):
• Risk and healthcare consultancy: Advise clients on their risk and healthcare offerings, ensuring they meet company and employee needs and align with market trends.
• Re-broking process: Manage the market review and re-broking process for risk and healthcare products, ensuring that clients receive the most competitive terms and coverage options available. Flexible Benefits & Technology (if relevant):
• Flex platform consulting: Act as the consultant for flex and technology platform implementations, providing expertise on the underlying benefits and supporting clients in navigating platform features.
• Platform support: Assist clients with platform setup, benefits integration, and employee engagement to maximise the effectiveness of their flexible benefits programs. New Business Development:
