The role involves working in a global team and building relationships with a broad stakeholder base. It supports operational and technology aspects of EMEA Benefits, including day-to-day benefit processes and procedures in accordance with internal policies.

Responsibilities include supporting technology projects and strategies to enhance employee experience, ensuring compliance with onboarding and offboarding procedures by managing vendors, administering EMEA benefit programs and tech risk management, and handling operational matters such as postings, presentations, and stakeholder documentation.

Candidates should have EMEA Benefits operations experience, knowledge of legislation, and familiarity with DB and DC pension arrangements is advantageous.
