A leading independent insurance brokerage in Southampton is seeking an Employee Benefits Consultant to join their team. The position offers full training and focuses on providing exceptional customer service while managing a portfolio of clients. Ideal candidates will have experience in financial services and strong relationship management skills. We are on the hunt for a talented Employee Benefits Consultant to join our growing team based in Southampton. You’ll work Monday to Friday, just 37.5 hours a week, no weekends or evenings. No experience necessary as we will provide you with full training! You’ll also be rewarded with all the great benefits of working with the UKs largest independent Insurance Brokers – Towergate Employee Benefits.
Our Employee Benefits Consultants are a key part of our business, speaking to our customers and providing advice on new products, renewals, and ensuring we understand their needs, and provide products and services that exceed their expectations and retain their loyalty. We strive to provide a market-leading customer experience, and that’s driven by you. You will meet our commercial targets by maximising business and service opportunities from all contacts.
