Employee Benefits Consultant

We are currently partnered with a leading UK-based consultancy that provides tailored employee benefits solutions to organisations of all sizes, from SMEs to multinational corporations. After recent successful acquisitions, they are looking for an Employee Benefits Consultant to join their SME division.

Role & Responsibilities:
  • Lead the relationship of a portfolio of clients
  • Proactively build on existing relationships to identify opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell throughout the wider organisation
  • Manage Group Risk and/or Healthcare policies
Essential Criteria:
  • Must have prior Group Risk or Healthcare experience
  • Able to take ownership of your portfolio and ability to build and maintain relationships both internally and externally

This role can be flexible with office presence, but the ideal candidate would be based in the South of England.
