Employee Benefits Consultant - Aberdeen, Edinburgh, Glasgow

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and motivated Employee Benefits Consultant to join a dynamic and growing team within an award-winning Financial Services group.

With a strong reputation for agile, innovative consultancy and trusted client support, you will work with a diverse client base - from SMEs to multinational corporations - delivering tailored benefit solutions that go beyond industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of corporate clients
  • Advise on and deliver solutions across Pensions, Group Risk, Healthcare, and bespoke benefits
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure timely billing
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities
  • Prepare client reports, tenders, and implement flexible benefit platforms

Must haves:

  • A minimum Level 4 qualification
  • Prior experience delivering Employee Benefits consultancy
  • Strong knowledge of Group Risk, Healthcare and Pension markets
  • A proactive, collaborative mindset with excellent client management skills
