Job Description

A rare new vacancy for a Senior Group Risk/Employee Benefits administrator to develop internally has become available with a well-regarded practice that has a strong presence. They are a leading organisation with an excellent reputation throughout the UK for providing first-class service to clients across all their wealth and employee benefits needs.

The role can be based anywhere in the central belt within their Employee Benefits team, working alongside highly regarded consultants and advisers, or they could also employ an experienced consultant. The company is returning to a hybrid working model for their staff.

Working within a focused team of professionals, you will support the Employee Benefits consultants and be the first point of contact for their valued client base, which continues to grow. With your technical expertise and relationship management skills, you will collaborate with your seniors to improve efficiency and service delivery.

To succeed, you should have previous corporate experience within an IFA office, Pensions Consultancy, or an in-house environment, dealing with all Employee Benefits/Group Risk products, and be eager to expand your knowledge. Strong teamwork, organisation, IT skills, and attention to detail are essential. Exams such as GR1 are not mandatory.

The role is suitable for candidates with experience in Group Risk Administration, Healthcare, PMI, Employee Benefits Administration, Employee Benefits Coordination, or Pensions & Benefits Administration in DC, whether in consultancy or an independent setting.
