A leading consultancy in wealth management is seeking an experienced Employee Benefits Administrator. The role involves supporting an Employee Benefits Consultant by managing client accounts and handling various administrative tasks for schemes like pensions and group healthcare. Ideal candidates will have a background in employee benefits and excellent communication skills, particularly in dealing with corporate clients.
Our client, a well-established and expanding wealth management and employee benefits consultancy, is currently seeking to recruit an experienced Employee Benefits Administrator to join their team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administration and support to an Employee Benefits Consultant in managing client accounts across various schemes, including pensions, group risk, group healthcare, and flexible benefits. Responsibilities include coordinating and executing all administrative tasks related to these schemes, such as updating member data, handling renewals, processing claims data, preparing communication materials, and addressing related queries.
Applicants should have a background in employee benefits and experience in administering corporate pensions, group healthcare, or group risk schemes, including GPPs, group private medical insurance, group risk, and flexible benefits schemes. Professional qualifications are preferred but not mandatory. Excellent communication skills are essential, and experience dealing with SME and corporate clients is highly desirable.
