This is a tutoring role; you will be working one-to-one to your own timetable. Based outside the classroom in a quiet community setting, or in the young person's home, you will have the opportunity to develop an excellent rapport with your pupils.

CF Education is recruiting qualified and unqualified Teachers, HLTAs and Tutors with SEN experience to work on a self‑employed basis across Norfolk, Suffolk, Essex, Cambridge, Northampton. We will consider applications from those with experience working with young people in other roles. CF Education supports children from across all key stages who have various needs including SEMH, ASD and ADHD. We look for candidates with an understanding of SEN and Mental Health, and successful approaches to teaching and behaviour management developed through previous experience of working with pupils who struggle in a classroom environment.

We expect our tutors to be patient, dynamic, resourceful and resilient, and reflective within their own practice. There is a requirement to plan personalised lessons and activities based upon individual pupils' needs to ensure progress is maximised. Friendliness, warmth and a sense of humour are also required to build successful relationships with our pupils and their families.
