The successful candidates will contribute towards the delivery of the Discover Work Partnership's Positive Destinations Framework, which aims that "Every young person in Dundee is entitled to access a suitable and appropriate post-school opportunity."

These posts will focus on providing person-centred, individualised support to young people who have left or are leaving Off-Site Education, working with them towards positive destinations.

  2. Building strong relationships with school staff and partners to understand each young person's support needs and facilitate their transition to employment.
  3. Supporting young people to achieve SQA Personal Development and Employability qualifications and industry accreditation.
