Responsibilities
- Lead and support a team of Tutors, driving performance and high-quality delivery.
- Conduct structured observations of group and 1:1 sessions, providing data-driven feedback.
- Support Tutors with lesson planning, diary management, and delivery approaches.
- Promote digital learning and evidence-based content.
- Facilitate ESOL (English for Speakers of Other Languages) sessions where required.
- Monitor quality, compliance, and customer records.
- Build positive relationships with colleagues, local networks, and stakeholders.
- Share best practice across the UK to strengthen consistency and innovation.
- Ability to embrace our values: Kindness, Respect, Integrity, and Innovation.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership or management experience, with a track record of achieving results through a team.
- Experience delivering and evaluating group learning sessions.
- Strong coaching, mentoring, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of the local labour market and specialist support networks.
- Experience developing and maintaining high professional standards.
- Level 3 Award in Education and Training (or equivalent teaching qualification), Level 3 Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement.
- Recognised Teaching or Training qualification.
- Knowledge of the employability sector.
