Hart Learning & Development is seeking a passionate and dynamic Employability Tutor to join our team. If you're an inspiring educator who brings energy, creativity, and commitment to your teaching, we want to hear from you.
You’ll be delivering short, impactful courses to unemployed residents across Herts, Beds, and Bucks, helping them build the skills and confidence needed to re-enter the workforce. This role involves both the delivery and assessment of a range of Level 1 programmes and qualifications, with a particular focus on digital skills and supporting learners facing barriers to employment.
This is more than a teaching role — it’s a chance to change lives.
We are specifically keen to meet with individuals who have experience of teaching ESOL learners and addressing and identifying the barriers these learners face in their learning journeys.

Hart Learning and Development is the business arm of North Hertfordshire College. We deliver Apprenticeships, traineeships and professional qualifications locally, nationally and regionally.
