Role Overview

As an Employability Trainer, you will play a crucial role in empowering our students to develop the skills and confidence necessary to excel in the workplace. You will have the opportunity to work both on-site and off-site within the community, fostering valuable connections with our referral partners. This opportunity is ideal for someone experienced in delivering employability programmes to students aged 16+ and adults. The role may require working some evenings and weekends.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience

• Maths and English qualifications to GCSE grade C or equivalent or ability to achieve.
• PTLLS qualification or other relevant teacher training.
• Previous experience working within the employability sector.
• Able to work some evenings and Saturdays if required.
• Able to commute between campuses.
