You will work across three Oaklands campuses, plan engaging activity-based lessons, and set individual targets to drive progression.

The role focuses on Employability & Local Skills Needs training, building tailored development plans, and ensuring learners achieve jobs, apprenticeships, or additional qualifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 3 subject specialist qualification.
• GCSE Maths and English (4-9) or equivalent.
• Level 3 Award in Education and Training or willingness to achieve.
• Effective communication and proficiency in relevant software.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Employability & Local Skills Needs training across programmes.
• Plan and deliver engaging, activity-based lessons.
• Set and monitor learner targets for progression.
