Role Purpose: You'll support jobseekers into work by connecting them with the right opportunities, preparing them for success, and building early-stage employer relationships.

As an Employability Recruitment Consultant you'll help people move into work by coaching them to job-readiness and linking them to live vacancies. • Strategic Direction: Understand the goals of your programme and align your daily activity to deliver job outcomes and great employer matches
• Deliver Results: Support candidates into work, from CV support to job search and interview prep, you'll be outcome-focused every step of the way
• People & Communication: Build trust with participants, communicate clearly with employers, and stay on top of your follow-ups and candidate updates
• Get It Right: Accurately record your activity and candidate progress, following our processes and supporting compliance
• Business Acumen: Understand what local employers need and work to match candidates to the right opportunities, always thinking commercially and practically

• Experience in a people-facing role, recruitment, retail, sales, or account management are all great starting points

• The ability to organise your workload and stay on top of multiple candidate journeys
• A desire to learn, improve, and grow into a high-performing Employer Relationships Manager
