A healthcare organization in Bothwell is looking for a Job Coach to support employability initiatives. Responsibilities include managing employability programs, providing job coaching to participants, and supporting redeployed staff with tailored training. Candidates should have experience in a job coach position and strong interpersonal skills. This is a permanent full-time position requiring commitment to support the organization's mission.
This role is based within the Employability Hub Team, part of NHS Lanarkshire’s Human Resources Directorate. The successful candidate will work closely with the Senior Employability Advisor/Job Coach Lead to support the development and delivery of employability initiatives and supporting redeployees within the organisation.
