Applications are invited for the post of Employability Coordinator in Royal Holloway Careers Service.

In response, the Careers Service is transforming its approach to align with this vision through embedding employability within the curriculum, strengthening partnerships with industry, and ensuring all students are equipped with the skills, experiences, and confidence to succeed in a rapidly evolving world of work. We are committed to delivering accessible, impactful employability support that reflects the diverse ambitions and needs of our community throughout their student journey to get future ready.

We are seeking a student-focused Employability Coordinator to join our evolving Careers Service. In line with the university’s RH2030s strategy, you will focus on supporting and enhancing experiential and work-based learning opportunities for students, particularly within the curriculum and co-curricular settings.

The role involves working closely with employers and industry partners to enhance work-based learning and student outcomes, while using digital tools and data systems to track impact and inform improvements. You will contribute to an innovative, accessible careers service that equips all students with the confidence, skills, and experience to thrive in a changing world of work.
