An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Employability Coordinator to join our Employability team at Kingston College!
As Employability Coordinator, you will build on our existing external employer partnerships, develop new ones, and oversee the monitoring and organization of work experience for our 16-19 study programme learners. You will also work with the Head of Employability to develop, organise, and support employability initiatives that enhance students' career readiness and skills development.
This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and experience in employer engagement or similar roles. A positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively are essential.
