Job summary

The Lennox Partnership in North Ayrshire is seeking passionate, compassionate staff to join the WWFF team. You will work with parents to overcome barriers and move toward employment, education or training, building confidence and practical skills.

Roles are offered as Full Time (35h) or Part Time (20h) with Hybrid Working after an initial 2 months in the office. Experience in employability or support services is valued.

The Lennox Partnership is looking for enthusiastic, motivated and compassionate individuals to join our We Work for Families (WWFF) team in North Ayrshire!

Hours: Full Time (35 hours per week) and Part Time (20 hours per week) positions available

Hybrid Working: Available following an initial 2 months office based.

You'll work directly with parents across North Ayrshire, providing personalised support to help them overcome challenges and move towards sustainable employment, education or training.

From building confidence and developing skills to exploring career opportunities and celebrating achievements, you'll play an important part in helping parents create brighter futures for themselves and their families.
