As an Employability Coach at Hft, you'll support adults with learning disabilities to live fulfilling lives by helping them achieve their employment goals. Your role involves enabling individuals to develop relevant skills, gain work experience, and secure long-term paid employment. You will provide high-quality, innovative support to individuals in employment or seeking work, ensuring they:

  • Develop skills for employment
  • Gain work experience in a large business
  • Increase independence
  • Achieve aspirations
  • Make informed decisions about their future
  • Are kept safe
About you:

You should have a positive attitude, be driven, and enthusiastic about helping people with learning disabilities. Creativity in supporting individuals' needs, initiative, and collaboration with colleagues and partner organizations are essential. The role typically involves working Monday to Friday during office hours, with some flexibility for evening and weekend work.
