Role Overview:

Thirteen Group is on the lookout for an Employability Caseworker to join our Employability team, and be based in Hull, until the 31st March 2026. This would be the first Employability colleague in Hull, so it's an exciting time to develop and expand our service in a new area.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. You’ll manage your own caseload of participants and support them through the process from first contact.
  2. You’ll promote our employability service to enhance our offering to participants.
  3. You’ll be generating referrals in our local neighbourhoods and supporting our customers.
About You:
  1. You’ll be comfortable engaging with participants in various ways such as group sessions and one on one support.
  2. You’ll be comfortable prioritising your time to effectively manage your caseload.
  3. We require the successful candidate to hold an IAG Level 4 Diploma.
