Job summary

Responsibilities

• Support SEND children with their learning and development.
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists and parents to plan activities.
• Promote inclusive, positive learning environments.
• Assist with progress tracking and feedback to teachers.
• Provide emotional support and build positive relationships.
• Assist with safeguarding and health/safety duties.
• Contribute to a nurturing, collaborative school ethos.
