This is an important role where you will be responsible for facilitating and providing tailored emotional support to students, helping them navigate their feelings, build resilience, and develop coping strategies. As an Emotional Support Worker, you will work closely with teachers, parents, and external professionals to create a supportive and safe environment for our students.

As an Emotional Support Worker, you will be involved in helping students identify and express their emotions in a healthy manner, providing individualised support to students, addressing their emotional, social, and educational needs, and assisting with classroom activities, ensuring students are engaged and participating.

In this role, you will make a meaningful impact on students with social, emotional, and mental health needs. You will also gain valuable information and insight into mental health issues, equipping you to be an advocate for mental health awareness and interventions to support students.
