Job Summary

As an EMIR Regime Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing, executing, and continuously improving regulatory reporting controls and processes. Your role will require deep regulatory expertise, strong knowledge of financial products, and the ability to navigate a fast-paced, evolving regulatory landscape.

Key Responsibilities
  • Regulatory Oversight - Ensure accurate and timely EMIR reporting, staying ahead of regulatory developments.
  • Process & Control Management - Develop, enhance, and document robust regulatory reporting frameworks.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration - Work closely with internal teams, regulators, and external vendors to maintain best-in-class compliance standards.
  • Risk & Governance - Monitor and report key performance and risk indicators, supporting governance forums with insights and recommendations.
  • Continuous Improvement - Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance reporting
Skills and Experience

Skills

  • Expertise in EMIR regulation and financial market products
  • Strong regulatory reporting experience within a bank or financial institution
  • Stakeholder management skills to navigate complex environments
