Job summary

G MASS Consulting is seeking a client-facing Regulatory Reporting Consultant to join its team. You will be deployed into institutional client projects to establish reporting obligations, map data estates, and translate regulatory requirements into precise data specifications for EMIR and MiFIR compliance.

Qualifications

• Hands-on BA experience in regulatory reporting within financial services or with vendor solutions.
• Strong knowledge of EMIR and MiFIR data requirements and practical application.
• Proven data mapping ability tracing attributes across source systems to a target spec.

Responsibilities

• Act as business analyst and project lead on implementation engagements with client teams.
• Document each client's reporting obligations across EMIR and MiFIR.
• Analyse data across source systems and map to reporting specifications.
• Identify gaps, ambiguities, and data sourcing needs.
• Translate regulatory requirements into actionable data requirements.
• Plan, track progress, and manage dependencies to keep engagements on schedule.
• Lead client sessions with operations, technology, and compliance stakeholders.
• Produce mapping documentation, business requirements, and analysis.
• Support testing and validation of reporting outputs before go-live.
• Possibly lead or co-lead engagements.
