Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust - Supervisor for Mental Health Support Teams (Maternity Cover)

This is an exciting time of growth and change within the Oxford Health NHS Trust as our Mental Help Support Teams (MHST) Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) are working collaboratively with children, young people, and partners to deliver the Government's programme for mental health support in schools.

We are seeking to recruit a Supervisor based in Oxford City to support the operational delivery of our Mental Health Support Teams during a maternity leave.

Key responsibilities include overseeing the workload of EMHPs, conducting both Case Management and Clinical Skills supervision, and managing a small caseload of patients. Tasks may involve reviewing treatment suitability within the MHST, facilitating referrals, and liaising with schools as part of the wider team.
